Our 1-year repair warranty

Every repair performed at iFixPro Belgaum is covered by a 1-year warranty on both parts and labour, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in the replacement part.
• Faulty workmanship traceable to the repair we performed.
• Repeat repairs for the same original fault, at no additional cost.

What's not covered

• New physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, water damage).
• Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repair after we return the device.
• Software issues unrelated to the hardware component we repaired.

How to claim

1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your ticket ID or invoice number.
2. Bring the device to our workshop — we'll inspect within 24 hours.
3. Approved claims are repaired free of charge, typically same-day.
